What to Know Before Calling A Tow Truck
Calling a tow truck service is something most people will have to do at some point with a vehicle they own. A towing service will ask you a few questions and we want you to be prepared when they do.
1. Make sure your car is in a safe place, off the roadway if possible. Turn your vehicle’s engine off if it is still running. Be sure to turn on your hazard lights and get away from the vehicle in the event of a collision.
2. Locate an address of your vehicle’s location. This can also be something as easy as a mile marker or a place of business.
3. If you are in need of medical assistance call the authorities. Should your vehicle be in need of a tow from the incident you are allowed to request KBR Towing Service as the towing provider you would like to arrive on the scene.
4. In the event you are not needing medical assistance please take this time to call the towing service. You will need to inform them of the condition of the vehicle and your location so they can quickly assist you.
Please remember KBR Towing Service is always ready to help assist you with any towing, jumpstart, or lock-out service you may need. Give us a call at 832-710-5626 or visit www.kbrtowing.com for more information.
